Enhancements

Reporting

·   Additional Fields in Reporting XML

Additional data fields, including item price details and project custom properties make it easier to create custom reports (particularly proposal summaries and subtotals)

·   Export Reports to Text

Export reports to text file. Useful for custom export to accounting system

·   Improved Export to Rich Text Format

Exporting reports to rich text format maintains images and formatting better than ever

·   Filter and Sort Items on Orders

Users can sort and filter items on order reports, for example by price or component ID

·   Global Page View Settings

Set default settings for how many report pages to view when reports are first run

·   Reporting Center in Navigator

The Reporting Center is now an integrated part of the Navigator interface, providing quicker access to advanced reporting features

·   Project Hours - groups by 2 levels

Project hours report can now be grouped up to 2 levels, providing additional detail

·   Pooled Licensing for Pro Users

Licenses are no longer bound to specific users, allowing all licenses in an enterprise to be shared on a first-come, first-served basis (does not apply to stand-alone installs)

·   Local Company Address and Logo

Local user can choose to use their own address and logo, or use the company standard stored on server

·   User-defined Schematic Shapes in Visio

Choose which shape is dropped for each product on the schematic page in Visio

Reorganized to show project subtotals better. Also shows labor hours by phase
